SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Due to Covid-19, as a courtesy to our friends and neighbors, we are offering
$5 Local Delivery. We are serving the following zip codes: 20871, 20872, 21701, 21702, 21703, 21704, 21705, 21710, 21717, 21754, 21762, 21770, 21771, 21774, 21793, 21798. We will deliver your gifts within 2-3 business days.
When the order totals $99 in physical product or more, then Local Delivery will be considered FREE SHIPPING.

We estimate 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, completed, and expected to ship. The delivery date will depend on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
In-transit days do not include weekends or holidays. Dates are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for any carrier delays in delivery. Please leave an extra "buffer" day if delivery by a specific date is critical - weather and carrier delays do occur.
FREE SHIPPING
The Personalization Station offers free shipping on orders of $99 in physical product or more (gift cards not included). Valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, The Personalization Station does not ship outside of the contiguous United States.
OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
No shipping to P.O. boxes either.
DAMAGES
The Personalization Station is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
